The houses are all decorated in a metrpolitan style.

Type-A
These houses are located on the waterside.

- 2 bathrooms, 1 bathroom has a double rainshower
- Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, which could be made in 2x singles
- Bedroom 2: 1 King bed which could be made in 2x singles, or bunkbed
- Bedroom 3: 1 King bed, which could be made in 2x singles
- Bedroom 4: 1 King bed which could be made in 2x singles, in the basement
Type-A*
This house is located on the waterside.

- Fireplace
- Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, which could be made in 2x singles

Type-B
These houses are located on the frontside of the Najade Resort.

- Bathroom with a two head rainshower
- Seperate bidet and toilet

- Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
